Whilst we try to ensure you have the best possible user experience when using our web site, occasionally things happen that we haven't accounted for during our normal testing and evaluation process.

If you have any problems using our site, we would be grateful if you could let us know. The best way to contact us about problems when using our web site is via email.

When advising us of a problem, it is helpful if you could include some additional information. If possible, please provide:

Which computer operating system you are using? eg: Windows 7, Apple Mac OSX 10.3.

Which web browser you are using? eg: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.

What were you doing when the problem occurred? A brief description is fine but any information you may think is relevant is worth adding. For example, 'I was trying to enter my delivery address details during checkout'.

What was the URL in the address bar when the error occurred? This would be similar to 'http://www.colantotte.eu/contactus'.

What time did the problem occur?

Was there an error message displayed on screen? You can either copy and paste this from the web page or provide a screenshot.

Any other relevant information? If you think something may be important, please mention it.
